If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your tour we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. For scheduled public tours, please raise concerns with your guide during the walk so we can try to remedy matters immediately. For private or bespoke bookings, contact us within 48 hours and we will offer a refund, partial refund or a complimentary replacement tour at our discretion. We are committed to transparent, fair resolution in line with UK consumer rights and will respond to complaints within 5 working days.

Most public tours last 75–90 minutes. Private tours can be tailored from 60 minutes to half or full day experiences.
Advance booking is recommended, particularly for evening tours, weekends and school holidays. Walk-up places may be available on selected public tours.
Yes. We provide family-friendly content and pacing. Some routes include interactive elements designed for younger visitors.
Unless explicitly stated, guided walk prices do not include entrance fees to Canterbury Cathedral or other paid attractions. We will advise if tickets are required and how to purchase them.
Tours run in most weather. We recommend suitable clothing and footwear. For extreme weather or safety concerns we may postpone or cancel and will offer alternatives or refunds.
